Highland Cattle are a Scottish cattle breed. They have long horns and long wavy coats that can be colored black, brindle, red, white, dun and many shades in between! These hardy cattle are fabulous browsers and eat varied plant material in our pastures. Highland beef is recognized for its full-bodied flavor and lean-ness.

Our Highland beef is processed at local provincially inspected facilities, close to our ranch, where beef cuts are flash-frozen and sealed or wrapped in freezer-safe packaging. We sell our Highland beef direct from our ranch.

For beef orders, we can work with customers to arrange pick-up at the processors, or schedule deliveries to your home.
